Techno Gel Gum is a two-component insulating and sealing compound designed to protect power cable, telecom cable, and electronic circuit connections from moisture, corrosion, vibration, and environmental exposure.
With IP68 protection in proper casings, Techno Gel Gum helps create a strong waterproof barrier around electrical connections exposed to water, humidity, dust, and demanding outdoor conditions. By sealing and insulating the connection, it helps reduce the risk of corrosion, electrical faults, and premature connection failure.
Its unique formulation combines the characteristics of gel and rubber, offering the flexibility of gel with the toughness and dry surface characteristics of rubber. The result is a re-enterable sealing compound that supports long-term protection while still allowing access for maintenance or inspection.
Its vibration-resistant structure can also act as a mechanical damper, helping protect connections from movement, vibration, and mechanical stress.

Installation Overview
- Mix components in a 1:1 ratio
- Mix time: approximately 1 minute
- Pour within 1 minute after mixing
- Cross linking time: about 10 minutes at 25°C
- Ensure closures are clean and dry before pouring
